For starters, I liked this episode for the detail that Ichigo did Not appear anywhere throughout the course of it.

The episode served as the prelude or overture to the actual plot that is featured in the current Bleach movie, which got me excited since the movie's villain was introduced in a TV episode rather than the upcoming film.


Since Bleach's fifth episode, Hell has never been described nor mentioned before, even in manga canon standards.

We got a glimpse of Hell in the Bleachverse is definitely Not the funny and weird place featured in the DBZ universe.
