Other worlds, fantasy/supernatural, action and a little romance

Hello everyone!

I am in need of new suggestions.
You see, I have a new computer and now I just can't put it down a bit! (new toy)

So, this time I would like to ask if anyone knows any anime title like xxxHolic, Mushishi, Shakugan no Shana (crazy waiting for 3rd season) or Natsume Yujinsho. I am watching Juuni Kokuki now and I like it very much, except for the lack of a little romance.

So, what do you have in mind?
Thank you very much once again.

You could go a bit old school with Escaflowne since it has everything on your topic title. Stick with the series though and avoid the movie like the plague.

Hmm...here are a few...

And I second Escaflowne, however I did enjoy the movie, despite how it compared to the TV series.

You know, you might like Nishi no Yoki Majo. It's pure fantasy, told Western fairy-tale style, and I love the romantic chemistry between the two leads.

Eh I couldn't stand Hitomi in the movie and they cut out a LOT of stuff.

Of course they cut stuff out...it was the movie version (makes wonder why they even bother sometimes) and for Hitomi she always bothered me to a degree so yeah.

Escaflowne film was worth it just for the attentional score pieces. Worth a watch anyway, though best doing so after you've seen the series.

Kara no Kyoukai has supernatural powers, subtle but definite romance, and some of the best looking action scenes out there.
