I haven't watched Saikano, otherwise I might've probably considered the couple in there, given the premise of the show.

But for now, my favorite is Shiki/Arcueid.

Sweet but tragic in a way. A normal high school guy and a super-vamp who's struggling to keep her bloodlust under control. Wonderful, me say.

Now now, we know most of these couples go through horrible situations together like battling monsters and all, but ya know, "realistically" I still give the vote for Mitsuki and Takayuki ^_^ KGNE

Lum and Ataru from "Urusei Yatsura" stands in my memory as a memorable couple.
