Never really was meant to be all that original. I mean, it has basically been following Romero's formula. Get to mall, kill zombies, escape. I think this was more of a hentai artist attempting a non-hentai piece with a subject he likes, so he draws scantily(Very impractical, considering the situation) clad girls and lots of gore and zombie killing.

Well the artist and author are two different people. So I doubt it is just that.

I liked the new chapter, seeing the adults all surprised about whatever the group did will be interesting.

That's... if i'm not wrong, it's the third extra, which was released along ch23. That's where everything stopped (once upon a time). Now everything's back on track and only one chapter (ch24) has been released so far. That's how it is.

-On February 2, 2010, an anime adaption for Highschool of the Dead was announced, and it will be animated by Madhouse. The official release date is planned for October 2010. But others say's that it'll be released in July.

Where you guys think the anime will stop? Will they stopped after them leaving Saaya's house? Or will they stopped after the mall arc .. it kinda conclude with all the group leaving the mall when the army rescued the survivor there.

yeah that is a possibility but i would of said it would just after they left saaya's house all with thoughts of the ones they care about then cut. and bring on season 2 which will start in the mall and further story arcs.
