lemme just relist what I have so far for OC girls:

-DNA integrated split personality.
-Lazy combat genius.
-Unlucky to the point of making enemies unlucky as well at crucial moments.
-Self-centered tech genius.
-Low self-esteem kung-fu fighter.
-Dojo smasher that was raised in the old ways of the sword.
-genetically augmented quintuplets that share a mindlink and have very different skillsets.
-a girl obssessed about the "purity of the blade" and can probably give even Chifuyu a run for her money in pure kendo.
-a girl with extremely poor IS compatibility due to unsynchronizing nervous system but still makes up with hardwork.
-idiot genius pilot.

Question:

Is it weird that somebody who is badass abnormal actually need to put in more effort than normal humans? (more effort in trying to do badass things at the same level)

And is relatively normal (if you ignore the character's abnormality) compared to the normal people?

Edit: Err...To summarized: Abnormality as informed ability....

TvTropes call it mundane utility, and hold some reality IF I.S. core is numerous enough. The analogue would be lab test being one decade ahead of military, itself about 1.5-2 decade ahead of civilian ones.
