Try to cut some "screens" with nearly the same motion.

What program did you decide to use? It will get a lot smaller once you cut its size down (avatars here have to be 100 x 100 or less) and remove non-critical frames.

< ------ that was like 5 megs before i edited it down, its like 40k now. Also removing colors, i dropped from 256 colors down to 16 or 8

Here is my version (i used image ready to see what you are going thru...they dont have as many framerate options as fireworks):



100px x 75 px and 46kb

I eliminated over 100 frames !

Just copy it and open it in image ready and you can see the settings and frames i kept.

That is nothing...the avatars i usually make are for anime nation at 80x80 and 20k (!!!!)

Even if it's just a clean-up, I'll take it. Cleaning this requires far too much patience from my lowly self.
