im looking for an anime which the main character grows like hikaru no go, kekashi,slam dunk

Mostly sports anime depicts the main characters growing. If you consider the gaidens, Legend of the Galactic Heroes also shows both protagonists growing.

You'd probably like Hajime no Ippo.

If you want to see some real character growth (not shounen level-ups) then check out Juuni Kokuki.

If you mean physically growing, then there're Full Metal Alchemist, Eureka Seven and Cyber Formula.

It is all subbed... the first series anyways. You started with the 75 episode series, right? There is a new season ongoing right now.
