big piece of black paper and an x-acto(or utility) knife.
just gotta make sure all the black parts are touching another black part so it doesn't fall off so its really all in the design, if you get a good one going you can cut it in wood with a scroll saw or use silk-screens to put it on a shirt

A buddy of mine suggested I post the Virgilia Tutorial I just finished here, in case anybody feels like drawing her

It's title of the video.
Chiru videos have Nakanai Kimi to Aganai no Gensou and ones about the question arcs are Nakanai Kimi to Nageki no Gensou (You who doesn't cry and the illusions of lamenting). I think Higurashi ones were Nakanai Kimi to Nageki no Sekai (You who doesn't cry and the world of lamenting).
Is it written "You who doesn't" or "You who don't"?
