Great first episode!

I am really liking the coolness of Luke's character too! Thank god it isn't another wimpy, bratty and otherwise totally annoying personality. Characters are nicely designed and the story is interesting. Maybe a hidden gem

I liked the first episode and the OP. The ED was amusing, which is better than a lot of EDs, which are just boring. I hope it's a slow starter, though. It was only mildly entertaining. Lots of directions to go from where it is, though, so I'm still optimistic. The high point of the first ep was Lisa for me. She was surprisingly excellent.

Yeha Luke is a decent character. I'm looking forward to learning more about him, along with this new wonderful world.

Loving the score quite a bit from what i've heard, plus the animation is pretty solid. Here's hoping both hold up.

Well overall I liked the first episode. They got the characters introduced and set things up which is fine. Nice that Luke won't be a weak lead so that should make things easier. Plus Cecily is a pretty solid character. Can be pretty stubborn in trying to prove her point but can also make some comical situations such as with that line which was misunderstood as a confession for a moment

.

Should be fun to just relax and watch.

Yes, I thought that part was a nice comical add-in.

The whole other-worldly sword forging took me by surprise. Though it does make me want to watch the next episode even more!

I think this will be on of the best series of this season. Great characters, great animations, and the story seems to be pretty good.
