I guess I am fine with the ending. Somewhat disappointed that the author didnt seem to have dealt with the whole parents issue/"dark side of blood sibling relationship".

Sad that Ayase got rejected. Her idea of marrying oniisan and getting kirino as a sister is so cute /awww.

I really think that Manami had ulterior motives, beyond just enforcing morale values, when she convinced Kyousuke to give up his ambitions and caused that rift between him and Kirino. If she only wanted to enforce a certain style of living and morales, she (in my eyes) wouldn't have resorted to violence, facing a Kirino-taunt.

There are still other conflicting points between the summaries posted, so expect further clarifications over the course of the day.

Well, if that's really the ending, then I'd have to call supreme cop-out.

I may be an Ayase fan, but I could have definitely accepted a Kuroneko or Kirino ending. But while the author did hint at KyousukexKirino, he took it back with that whole "going back to siblings" thing, only to throw us a "imagine it for yourself" ending witht hat last bit.

Not pleased. Nope. Would it kill anybody to have something definitive after all our waiting? It reminds me of the huge craplist of endings back in the the old days where they'd majorly cop out and leave us with "leave the ending yto your imagination." Very unhappy memories.

For a Kirino end though this is nearly perfect, all the signs basically say this is a Kirino end without all the social issue that would surround a actual incestuous relationship between the two. Its not really a vague ending in my opinion, while the author doesn't explicitly write "and then Kirino and Kyousuke like happily ever after together", it can be heavily inferred from the ending events that this is basically the case, so unless the 10 years later write-up proves otherwise, this seems the most logical conclusion from these events.

I mean you can infer that they continue the incestuous relationship. If you want cold hard facts though, you'll have to wait for the 10 year after story thing bundled with the first BD.
