I'm not said bumbling dad in literal sense, just look at his food porn, aside from taste, he always talk about nutritional balance and stuff like that. Prime example is his early interaction with Rin in the locker while he's ranting about how temperature of the drink is important.

He will be galaxy away from being a chain smoker and drunken mess. Therefore, if he's drunk, it's either a trick or he's been forced.

Considering his character, that would be very close to Despair event Horizon. That is, shit not only hits the fan but breaks the ceiling. If that's the condition, it's not really impossible.

Well... dunno, it's depending on how dark the overall theme. If there's sudden shift of atmosphere, some people might accuse it as one, but it it's slowly building up, then sure everyone will accept it (except the fan dumb).

After all, Chifuyu is very understand how dangerous lethal power are.

Was wondering if I should make the person who killed Joshua's family Autumn or Chifuyu. What do you think?

I read some fanfic where characters turned out or used to be very evil, the process is believable and thus acceptable, but chances that most people will be disappointed. Revealing her being PT member alone will be quite a shock, much less her being ruthless genocider.
