I only liked the Touma parts in this episode. Touma + any girl NOT Index is usually a hoot to watch. I disliked that they didn't even mention what happened to Last Order. Did she get captured again? Is she staying with Komoe? Guess they'll reveal it next episode.

I know it may be pertinent to the story, but seeing Teleport girl and Accel fighting Lv 0s is very unappealing to me. I mean, at least fight someone of a comparative level, though I know this is just more or less a test for the newly formed GROUP(pun not intended).

The entire reason GROUP was sent out against Skill-Out was to crush them.

Also, there are a few Level 0's that have the capacity and the tactics to beat down higher leveled espers.

ok i admit i do not understand 70% of the story so far, but can i confirm that Accelerator just joined the group that he was previously fighting against?

the war they been talking about, the enemy is Roman Catholic Church?

Not exactly, Academy City has several underworld organizations working for them. Kihara's [Hound Dog] is one of them, [GROUP] is another.

Yes, at this point they have openly declared war on each other. Academy City using the Invasion by Vento as their reason, while the Church use the blasphemous creation of the Artifical Angel as theirs.

They haven't shown any reason to NOT underestimate them, unless you're specifically referring to Touma(who technically isn't a Lv0 at all). The only time I recall them doing anything remotely dangerous is during the Black Spider arc in Railgun; in which they relied on equipment to do the job. Other than that, they have not SHOWN any of these tactics or strategies that they've applied to make them so dangerous.

1. big spider had MISAKA cornered, had it not been for their previous boss bailing her out

2. the anime has yet to show the anti-esper specialists and badass level 0s yet...just, don't think that these guys are nothing, the majority of espers up to even level 4s can't stand up to them...

the boss and "higher ups" of this specific skill-out gang are some of the strongest level 0 you can find, and can take on most level 4s and win on any given day...

granted they're not AC's mercenaries with power armors, though...

btw: Kihara Amata isn't that great actually(he's basically focused his fighting capabilities entirely on dealing with accelerator, he's not much against a normal guy...)i'm pretty sure Komaba would crush him, and both hanzou and hamadzura too, most likely...

You're really over selling their capabilities, they're good, but they're not the 'strongest'. Mah whatever, the point is that three guys do not represent the entire Skill-Out which on a whole, isn't as good as they claim to be.

The thing about Kihara is that he managed to account for all the moves Accelerator would make up to the point where he broke reality. You think the person who painstakingly makes all that preparation just to fight one person wouldn't do the same for any other enemy he has to fight?

Kihara would at least be an expert, considering how he could deal with Accel's [Reflect]
...although there are better fighters out there, like certain Saints.

That's true and it also points out ability (natural or learned) is not equally distributed.

Abilities of skilled minority (Bosses, Elites) don't necessarily apply to the average, less skilled majority (Grunts).
On the other hand, the less skilled can always train to improve their combat abilities.
