Unbalanced?

You are talking about multiplayer. I don't touch that kind of thing so I don't care about balance. You can do your PVP without me.

I care about playing a game where I am not punished for playing. In ME2 you are not suppose to play without a guide; trying to explore on your own leads to losing all your money and getting stuck.

What I am looking for is simple; for the intended way to play the game, be also the most fun way to play. I spent far too much time in ME2 looking up the wiki for getting maximum Paragon in every decision, rather than actually play. Very bad for immersion.

Except that if you do run out of fuel during intersystem travel, the Normandy consumes minerals to automatically return you to the nearest system with a Mass Relay. Not to mention that even without upgrades, most systems are close enough to each other that you can do a round trip to two systems and still have enough to get back to Relay system. I personally have never experienced the problem of running out of fuel, or not having enough money to get fuel, which meant I explored all of the systems without trouble. And that's on a "fresh" playthrough, without the money or mineral bonuses from importing a save.

I must be a very lucky player then. I went through Mass Effect 2 hot on the heels from playing Mass Effect blind and with no walkthrough (not like I had the luxury of one due to getting the game from Day 1), as I do with all games. Not once did I feel like getting shortchanged in getting enough Paragon points to make important decisions (Admittedly though, I tend to play my Shepard as a pure Paragon), and as I mentioned above I never once got stuck on a system while exploring.

Lawl. No. I'm talking purely storyline. I'm being huffy about previous choices in the last two meaning squat.

Yeah. So neutral rep pleasues us both. The wiki has been pretty useful for me, though I use it as a quest roadmap instead.

Oh god that launch trailer is pushing more buttons than whatever the cinematic or CG trailer was suppose to. Release day could not come any sooner.
