Need help in choosing a docking station

The link above is the web page of a local store of the docking stations they have. Does anyone have or had any of these? What I am concern of is that some of them says that need software and its compatible till Win8. One other not in site list said it wouldn't take an HDD with more than 2 TB. Look. I don't need fancy 1 button push backup thing or clone HDD. All I need a is 3.0 usb and no problems in accepting any drive size.
