1 - Utter and complete matter control/manipulation: I can control and form any matter into anything I want
2 - Mind Control (seems to be a favorite): Self Explanatory
3 - Utter and complete data manipulation: I can control and form any data I want, including upload and downloading directly into the brain and other vessels.

I'd eventually get into politics and use my infinite knowledge to drive out all the scum bags and those supporting them by outing them in a very public and humiliating matter.

3 wishes or super-powers.....interesting proposal, i might try myself out:

No.1: I wish i could break any rule in the universe (this includes, physics, biology, chemistry....anything) you would say that i became a god but no, i'd be a human but in times of "need" i would break a rule to make something happen.

No.2: Advanced technical, technological and linguistical knowledge, to make the much needed innovations to save the earth, mankind, and so on and to be able to understand anyone on this planet.

No.3 I wish for happiness for any person who truly desires it, (money does not bring happiness i.e. you won't get money from me, only health, good family relations and friendhips, and of course LOVE)

I think with these 3 wishes i could change the world and myself, and help those in need.
