No clue, but it is kind of weird to still be able to talk after your head has been "arm locked" off haha. If he was a starfish guy, then maybe he'd be able to regenerate his body back or he pulled something like the Octopus guy did a while back. Maybe it's a fake head that got cut off and his real head is somewhere in hid body? Not sure how that would work though.

I really enjoyed this episode, esp. the part with Ao- that had me cringing!
I heart the Mizukage, she is so amazing I thought the fight between Bee and Kisame was pretty good- although Kisame is totally gross (that whole merging with the katana thing- ew, what a nasty bad guy!)

I had expected it too take more then 1 episode, I guess I misjudged.
Found bee's skills lacking a bit, he wasted a load of chakra and did not show any moves that would be seen as befitting of a perfect jinchuuriki. Ah well can't have it all. Also was it just me or were there some scenes which had some pretty poor animation/scenes? |

I'm hoping that Kisame will walk over, pick up and reattach his head then fight both the brothers at once while revealing how he is still alive? Idk maybe he somehow took one of the other 'immortal' akatsuki's powers for his own using sword or some shit. Anyway that's what i hope so i can see more fighting! But judging by the next episodes preview probs not.

I expected a little bit more of this fight as well. They spent too much time underwater and that chakra sucking prevent to see great attacks from Killer-Bee. It would have been nice for it to last at least two episodes as well. Maybe the anime-team could have added some fight-filler material here.
Samehada betraying Kisame was a twist indeed but it would have deserved to be delivered better... it was not a "WTF! Totally didn't see that coming!" moment. That said, it is perfectly logic for a blade that eats chakra to prefer to stick with a master that can feed it delicious chakra on a daily basis rather than sticking with someone who does probably not have that great chakra to begin with. The only thing we can wonder about is why Samehada didn't betray Kisame earlier... he probably used it to fight opponents with strong chakra or other Jinchuurikis before... I wonder if Killer-Bee is going to use Samehada as his personal weapon from now... this huge weapon doesn't seem to suit him too much... maybe they could use it to regrow the Raikage's arm seeing that Samehada seems to have the same regeneration abilities as biting Karin or Juugo's cursed seal... The part with the mind-transfer guys was boring. |

Kisame also has a large chakra pool, it's just that B has a much bigger one, and flavoured at that Really surprised they showed him with an open ribcage and not with burn/scratch marks...then again, Naruto isn't as hard on censorships as bleach, when B had opened Sasuke with the same move, his insides were all black iirc.
