Does anyone know where it is possible to find Golden Sneer sheet music for the piano?? And not the ten measure only vocal version.

Oh, hi!

This is my first post! I love Umineko no Naku Koro ni.

I have a question...

In the Episode 1 of the sound novel of Umineko, when Maria reads Beatrice's letter, it sounds a song very similar to "Happy Maria (Instrumental)", but the piano notes are different.

I was looking in Youtube for this song, or a different version of "Happy Maria" which wouldn't be the instrumental or the vocal versions.

Oh, I forgot! If it's something relevant, I was playing the PS3fication version.

Can somebody help me, please?

Sorry for my bad English, really...

The name of the first song you're thinking of is Birth of a new witch (instrumental): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pAkvF7HkFEY

The second song plays during Turn of the Golden Witch's tea party, I believe, when Rosa first wakes up and doesn't know where she is.

I'm not sure if this is the place to ask this, but...

I'm trying my best to translate Dlanor's Image Song from the Espgakuen album Teardrop Theatre. It's annoyingly catchy.
EDIT: I've uploaded the translation. I did what I could...

EDIT 9/30/11: I think I've found the kanji on Nico, but I'd still like a scan of the lyrics to confirm if someone could find one. Am working on the full translation.

Here's a link to the full version. (not translated)

I've gotten through the first chorus, because that's all the kanji that I had from a mix-up video I found (They were near ILLEGIBLE. It was truly a miracle I was able to make them out with all the PIXELATION.).

Do not expect it to be PERFECT. This is going to be my first attempt at translating ANYTHING. But maybe someone can use my kanji/romaji to do a better translation if mine is completely off the MARK. :3

So ... has anyone done a translation of Zepar / Furfur's song yet?

I've found some romaji lyrics, but I make no claim of being able of turning them into sensible english that reflects the original japanese lyrics... <_<

I found this a while ago, annotations have to be on. If you want to see the lyrics in text, I believe they are linked on the video's description.

Okay, I finished translating the full version of Dlanor's Image song!

Here are some notes on the song (for those who don't feel like going to the Youtube page and reading the description):

-Dogura Magura is a Japanese mystery by Yumeno Kyuusaku. It has no english translation, so I don't really know what it is about, but here's a short description (halfway down page):
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yumeno_Ky%C5%ABsaku

-Orient Express is an obvious reference to the Agatha Christie mystery Murder on the Orient Express.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Murder_...Orient_Express

-"the yellow room" is a reference to The Mystery of the Yellow Room by Gaston Leroux, which is considered the quintessential closed room mystery.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Mys...he_Yellow_Room

- "In darkness as dark as Rue MORGUE" is a reference to Edgar Allan Poe's mystery The Murders in the Rue Morgue.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Mur...the_Rue_Morgue

If you actually want to read the kanji/romaji at the top, go HD because it's really hard to see. And the vid is kinda hacked together -I'm sorry, I did this really late at night- I may upload a better version later.

I've also done short versions of the other three songs in the album. I'm planning on finishing them, too.

Spoiler for Lots of space (Ange/Amakusa, Kyrie, and Beato EP5 Image songs):

Like usual, feedback is appreciated. If you find something, leave a comment on the video, please - I'm far more likely to read that. Be merciless, but not cruel.

It is a reference. モルグ街の殺人 is the Japanese title for Edgar Allan Poe's The Murders in the Rue Morgue, which is considered one of the first actual detective mysteries by some and at least a role model by others.

Thanks! (Are you the person who posted that comment on the vid?) It's been fixed w/ an annotation and I've updated the description/such. I will probably have to make a new vid with new subs anyway because the red kanji/romaji at the top is so hard to see.

Full version of Golden Warp up:

Keep in mind, however that the entire second half was done by ear and I have zero confidence in it. I couldn't find the kanji anywhere. But I still wanted to finish it.

Read the description on Youtube for the notes - I may copy/paste them here later.

Q: Do any reasonably believable lyrics exist for "Happy Maria"? Official or unofficial?

I feel like trying to guess them is Epitaph-level hard, but I've taken a stab at the first verse:

My Witch is a golden dreamer, and prodigal golden wings
Blossom on the creature at bloody end of September,
Witch is a golden dreamer, it's a magical God-self,
Eyes on a distant flyer, a magical bleeding heart.

In a growing panic, the very, very thing
Is gone, breaking the darkness's chosen priest,
Your master, crazy! The error in everything -
In the world I feel it
...
...
my bro came on the show?

I've Googled "magical god-self", and not seen anything, so I'm assuming that not many people have guessed this. But I deny the existence of Magical Gohda Chef; a magical chef is a thing that does not exist. The singer switched the "sh" and "s" consonants, making 'self' sound like 'chef!'

Magical Gohda Chef... THIS IS CHECKMAAAAATE!
