It is quite possible that their regulations differ than our own

Where I live, it's technically legal for minors to consume alcohol provided that they're accompanied by someone who is in lawful permission of alcohol, and the legal drinking age is 18 (so it's already quite flexible).

So any news about the movie and what will it be about?

What I got from previous it will mostly be preparation for internationals and formation of Japan's national team? ( since Miho's victory broke the established balance a little with all the major schools ) And will it be season 2 shortly after? 4 years of waiting is long, especially since other less and same successful shows got their seasons 2 in meantime.

Someone's going to have to step in to corroborate what I say, since my knowledge is a little spotty, but I think you've got the gist of it. As for any continuations, if there is going to be a second season, the announcement will likely be made after the movie ends (as Strike Witches did).

Well Kay said that schools can combine together, so why not?
And in international team I recon that it will be assembled from the best of all schools.
So Maho, Miho, Darjeeling, Kay, Duce and Katusha in one team.

If they are considered OP I so want to see what other counties have to offer - especially USA, Russia, Israel and Germany.
