Neither, it was towards what you said that nobody complains about One Piece.

sadly you're not seeing the big picture. of course not every single person will like something. but if you went around saying how horrible Shakespeare, Homer, Faulkner, Hemingway, etc... are, nobody would take you seriously since they are so widely liked and appreciated and their stories can be dissected to reveal a lot of intriguing detail

granted i like bleach for many reasons, but i'm not going to pretend the story is good

Yet Bleach still has high stars on almost every manga site you visit, and the people who complain every week are like 10s out of the hundreds who read it.

i'm not talking about the manga as a whole. like i said, i like it quite a bit. i'm just talking about the story. it's basically just going from one boring place back to another boring place: KT - SS - RP - SS - HM - SS - RP all with very little development of anything.

i also like dragonball a lot but the story is almost equally non-existent. that doesn't mean it's a bad manga

Pretty sure people do complain about One Piece, but he's inferring that it's not a constant and overwhelming thing like with Bleach.

Am I the only one that doesn't give a flying fuck as to what the zombie girl really is? I don't care about these characters, why does Kubo keep trying to make me give two shits about these Quincy now? It's failing horribly and only serving to annoy me by slowing the only entertaining thing this manga can provide by now, the battles...sometimes.

You're probably not the only one, no. However there are people who do like other stuff in the manga too. I always wondered what happened to Bambi, so this was an interesting turn. The whole trap bit was....odd though. I'm not sure the relevance it has outside of some kind of poorly done joke. Maybe he just wanted to provoke her to make sure she had played all her cards before killing her? They already knew about some of her powers, it seems.

I wonder what the apology to the King was for. That was a bit odd. But it's great to see the Zero Squad fight at full power. Hopefully we'll see some good fights from them.

My guess about Bambi: she'll break free of her control and turn on her master.

Yeah. Normally characters are about as evasive regarding their "secret" powers than they are about their names. But now that we've seen her power used on grunts, we don't have to see her use it on named characters.
