Here's a stab at the right part: "It's Rabbit-Rune(...) pyan." Rune(...) I assume is the character in the picture, I couldn't read the last character of the name so I inserted (...) in it's place. Might be Lune instead of Rune too. Pyan, I assume, is just a nonsense word inserted to make the sentence cuter.

Ruki(...), I guess Rukia. missed one stroke for it to be "a", though.
I guess they used ~pyan suffix because it's rabbit.

That is 'Pyon' dayo.

as Nagato-san says, that is because of rabbit Rukia.

japanese think Pyon is the sound of jumping. and jumping is a main image of rabbit.

「 Usagi Rukia da pyon 。」

" I 'm rabbit Rukia pyon."

kawaii ne ^^

For me, it doesn't seem that the page includes the information you want to obtain.

I may have only 4 years of japanese in school, but that's a very apparent ヤ from my end, making it "pyan". (sorry for katakana, my IME is messing up and had to use katakana JP keyboard input)

You are 100% correct kudos to you PYON is the soul in Gikongan ( Soul Candy ) . Pyon comes out through Chappy ( rabbit ) Dispenser ( ep 117 8.55 onwards )

What are the best translations for phases such as それじゃ, では,それでは,さて and さてと?

I'm trying to come up with translations other than using "Well then" "Now then" "Now then" "well then" and "Okay then" all the time.

Depends a lot on context and the structure of the rest of the phrase. Remember, a translation is not that of single words, but of content and context. I'd say the ones you mentioned sound quite alright, but using another term would depend a lot on the situation and the rest of the phrase.

If you don't know the kanji On or Kun reading you can try searching them by radical or by stroke count. If you don't have a kanji dictionary try this online one http://www.csse.monash.edu.au/~jwb/wwwjdic.html
