My curiosity only extends to this... Did Kanzashi really plan to make Nishiki her personal unit? I mean if she wanted to give multi function to her IS, wouldn't it have been better to use a raphael as the base since it has a modular equipment load out? Why forcefully strip down an Uchigane and arm it with missiles?

Because it's made by Japan, for the use of Japanese Representative Candidate. Rafael is made by Dunois, a rival company from rival country.

@ Demi - Never stated, but most likely yes. She wanted to build it, so she probably cares more that she did it herself rather than how strong it is.

My fanon said she wanted to test the new technology platform at all cost, therefore the weapon system is new but the frame is good ol Uchigane (which as I said months ago, is decent one if tuned well).

Then change the canon. I dunno why you're so obsessed with canon when Madoka is a walking canon contradiction. If you wanna be canon, then Madoka should be in PT and have no idea who Ichika is apart from someone to "make her whole".

Tatenashi, I'm in verge of critical mass ever since I knew her and try to tone her down, making her more humane in process with realistic flaw(s), and yet surprises keep coming and coming and coming.... ._.

@ Senpai - Here's how I did it: I made flaws by deconstructing her current traits. Also gave her flaws that doesn't contradict canon.

If there's one thing I learned about Tate in canon. She's monstrous in a fight, but she's not much of a pursuer

treat her like that one enemy you isolate and never really fight.
