That just reminded me of the "movie" the director in LA city wanted to come up with... hopefully they include that in the Anime, the payoff scene later on

Unlikely, since while Liberal Arts City fits in nicely between the Sisters Arc and Daihesesai, the Russia trip took place before season 1 started. Additionally, this season already has a lot of Mikoto acting without the other girls, and I doubt they want to put in another arc where Kuroko and the others are out of focus so soon.

About the Raildex US: I get the feeling Nixon never got to be president. Basically, with the Southern Democrats continuing to be with the Democrats, we have the reverse of what happened in our reality: Basically, a liberal Republican Party against a polarized Democratic Party. It could probably explain how Katze is the third Hispanic president.

Well let's hope the if LA City get's animated, they explain Mikoto's water wings, because visually the two "wings" Accelerator uses in the anime look really similar (just re-watched both scenes, the Musujime scene never gets old.
