Oh, you read that? Probably one of the best Kyonko doujins out there.

Did I mention that it not only fully opened my eyes to the whole selfcest thing but actually somehow managed to make me support that pairing over any other, even most in vanilla SH?

Damage cannot be undone

For what it's worth, I'm also still alive. Not that I ever have much to add anymore beyond sporadic Magical Girl Kyonko updates.

Perhaps you should have named it Mahou Shoujo Yareyare Kyonko after all...

You be quiet.

Book-Kyon is an extremely unintelligent, overly-passive, downright aggravating protagonist and anyone who likes him should hit themselves in the face.

Spoiler for The Disappearance of Haruki Suzumiya, Chapter 4:

I hate it.

It looks good, but you might want to make another proofreading pass. There's a couple of places where Asahina-san is referred to as "her", and at least one instance of using "John Smith" instead of "Joan Smith".

I'll leave that to my editor.

I noticed you weren't using the that person convention from the official translations. I thought I remembered this from the Baka-Tsuki translations as well; am I wrong? If not, any particular reason you aren't using it?

Edit: Oh, and I almost forgot: *hits self in face*

*Whack* <---- Other me, something like in Disappearance.
You happy now?

...Actually, reading your post made me imagine a really hard facepalm. And since Kyon is one of the most famous facepalmers on the internet...

All in all though, Kyon's character is what makes Kyon who he is.

I feel it looks retarded in English. Too much emphasis on something that is already fairly obvious is overdoing it, also. Not that Disappearance doesn't already overdo everything.

Actually, I still like him outside of Disappearance. It's just that throughout most of this book he constantly repeats everything he says. In Chapter 3 he fucking reiterates the plot every few paragraphs; this, on top of his constant 判りませんww whenever anyone explains very, very simple concepts makes him simply aggravating.

He's just not use to being the main character, and being forced to realize he's the main character.

He's use to thinking Haruhi is the main character and he's the sidekick who gets to "talk" under his breath (snark).

Spoiler for The Disappearance of Haruki Suzumiya - Chapter 6:

I forgot what costume I stuck poor, ever-suffering Mitsuuru in at the start of the book, so I went with the reindeer. I feel it's funnier this way.

1277 words left.
