The arms forts felt a bit more awe-inspiring... just sayin'

Is it a bad thing if the air has more than 21% oxygen? like around 50 or more? O.o

Forgot about that :|

Would painkillers work for gunshots and deep slashes to provide some relief or do you need fullblown anasthaetics?

Indeed it would have... But an AF will take tons of crew to manage. The Carnage unit is around 3/4 of that unknown mech's size, yet it still imposes such great threat.

Replace the ACs jumping about with the Academy's security squad and you'll have some serious urban combat.

Problem now is determining the location where the Carnage combat will begin.

Is it against a doctor's professional ethics to agree not to alert a better physican or admit the patient to a better equipped facility if the patient or the patient's handlers asks them not to?

I know it's not a solution but the painkillers were planned to at least keep the injured from screaming in pain every 2 seconds. So I take it that it's a bad idea?

There are times when the medic can oblige to the handler's request. (most of the time they did) But gunshot and slash wound is not one of them. Police is going to be interested either way, and asking it not to be handled would put your position even worse.

Painkiller is not going to help so long as the cause and the damage is not fixed first, and that's assuming the bleeding problem is not severe.

Think I can pass off a wound from the backlash of the setsura claw and the silver gospel's shield as a burn wound?

If it does appear like a burn wound instead of slash wound, then yes.

it's supposed to be a cross between a burn and a cut... but the cut is too burnt to make out normally... at least that's how I plan for it. Opinion?

The doctor will ask whatever the hell caused that.

A burn wound can came from anything like stove gone wrong or chemical injury, but if there's a slash, it'll be visible either way.

It's not that easy to fake an accident either. Modern autopsy FTW

Yeah, pretty much. Gotta lay things out for the next series' plot... Then there's also another story I'm planning out as well.

I know the doctor would ask. This is for Icarus' wings

Lyon asks a doctor he knows personally to treat Natasha, and he gets asked what caused it. Ofcourse Lyon tries to cover it up since he thinks that blurting out he had an IS in the garage whose pilot was lying right in front of them half-dead would be a bad idea until he had a better idea of the situation. (He's unlike most civilians who randomly just throw the problem to someone else.)

The doctor is told its a burn. The doctor is smarter than that ofcourse... but they trust Lyon's judgement so it passes with the record of treatment only for a serious burn. the home surgery ofcourse is also kept a secret

sweet... O.O

If the cut on the abdomen is barely deep enough to reach internal organs, how long would the person last before they die of bleeding and whatever other cause without life support?

Because there's no major artery got severed in that case, if there's one (such as the one near kidney or liver), 5-10 minutes is enough.

Just beware of infection though.

well I doubt it'd go all the way to the liver. I mean the wound is just around the stomach part of the abdomen. Or maybe below that? hmmm...
