Anime/Manga/Game Identification Help [See first post]

Well first off, this isn't my own request but this guy on another forum is looking for it....

Here is his description (little bit disturbing...):

It's been several years, but I remember in it one scene a little. I think in it their is a man tripped out on drugs, he gets on a elevator and their is another man on their with him. All of a sudden the one man next to him just starts vomiting up crabs and they just start coming out of him all over! Then I think the man snaps out of it and looks next to him and nothing has happened, the guy is just standing their all calm and what not lol

I think it was a Animated movie sort of deal, deffinently popular though, my cuz rented it from a video store and that is how I saw it It was trippy!

Not a lot to go on. I mentioned "Akira" but he said that wasn't it. He also said it was on VHS and licensed in the USA which does narrow the possibilities down quite a bit. I've seen tons of anime from the early-mid 90s but this one has me stumped. Think you can help us out? I'm curious about this strange anime as well.... I also did quite a bit of googling before coming here.

And I wrote it as Shojo because Wikipedia says Shōjo Sect, but my keyboard, and doubtfully yours either can type that '' ō ''.

Shojo and Shoujo actually has different meaning in Japanese.
One means a virgin, and other just a young little girl. That's probably why he insisted the differece be made.

Aohige hits the nail on the head, shojo (処女) and shoujo (少女) are different words as he said. And those damn macrons that wikipedia and others use are possibly the most insulting thing ever. ō can mean both oo and ou, and since those are completely different in Japanese it's kinda dumb using a single macron for them.

It's not a she Tinkerbell is just the name they use, I believe it's actually two guys if memory serves. Also, the best place for Tinkerbell art would be moe.imouto.org as they have a lot of high resolution images (and a lot of Tinkerbell uploaded by a friend of mine who happens to like their art a lot).

She kind of looks like Green/Blue (the girl) from Pokemon Adventures/Special.

Is that Megumi from Saki?
Anyway Megumi is an extremely minor character who Nodoka beat in the preliminaries. She got like 8 seconds of screen time but due to her weird smile she became known as grinface or grin***** and became a meme.

She actually advanced into the main round for this years saimoe and she has a bunch of fan art.

Need some identification for a Dream Cast game. I remember a friend playing this game a couple years back, and I'm now wondering what the game is.

All I remember is that the game was a jrpg and one of the boss's in the game was some male figure with all white clothing,semi-long white hair, and was relating to ice. I'm extremely curious on what the game is, but sadly I don't remember much about the game.

Underground hotspring? I can only think of one of the later episodes of To Love-Ru.
