I believe I get ample exercises of both the varieties as stated here. While I get my pay packet the 17 muscles do get exercised but as the end of the month draws near my 43 muscles come into prevalence. Well then I must say I am getting the best possible exercise that one can expect!

True, true. But those aren't the necessary muscles to gain body composition.

I recently dealt with an idiot at the library looking for a map of the world. here's how it went:

"excuse me, I'm looking for a map of the world."
I poined to the left. "we have a desktop model over there."
"that's not good enough, do you have a life size?"

Need I say more.

I was recently on the phone with a woman who wanted to get the aisle seat on a plane to Michigan. "Why?" i asked.

Apparently, She didn't want the window seat because she didn't want the wind ruining her hair.

Three mates Dave,Phill,John..are ship wrecked on an island. All of a sudden they are captured by cannibals ,and taken to the high chief.where they are given two options find five of the same fruits and return it to the village or be eaten...
all three opt to find the fruits..so they each head off into the scrub..
Dave is the first to return with five mangoes...
Chief : Awe..five mangoes...good.
now put them up your a_s,without making any facial
expressions..or we eat you.
Shocked Dave has no option but to try..
First mango..Dave twitches..The high chief notices and Dave is killed
and eaten....
Not long after Phil returns with five cherries..
He to is given the same option as Dave...
so Phil tries.....1(no problem)..2..3(still no expression shown) ..4...about to put 5th
cherry in......
All of a sudden Phil starts laughing his head off...
immediately he is killed and eaten by the villages....
Up in heaven Phil meets with Dave...soo curious is Dave he turns to Phil
Dave : Why did you start laughing..You were free for all money
that fith cherry would have been a walk in the park..what happend?
Phil still grinning looks to Dave...
Phil : I know what your saying..i know i would have made it..
But just as i was about to put the last cherry in...i saw John
returning with PINEAPPLES!!!.....
