If her pairing is doomed then C.C is even worst off because of basically no development on her part with Lelouch except one episode that focused more on her contract and geass then really romance versus Kallen's entire season worth of development towards Lelouch and the subtle hints he has been dropping as well.

Have you given up hope on C.C.XLelouch? Well, Kallen seems to be dominating the love-game, but we can't predict what will happen. Everything I expected turned out wrong, like me expecting Marianne to be an uber-god and Damocles to be a Metal Sonic that betrays Schneizel and absorbs the data of all living things (Alright, so Damocles hasn't shown up yet, but I doubt it'll be a sentinent being).

Things can seem one way in CG but go a different way. There are greater victories to be had than that of shipping wars.

I was not serious, I will never lose faith till the end even if I have to admit that Kallen has the lead for now.
