Converter for OGG
I've been looking everywhere for programs that can convert OGG to MP3, but the programs I've used that said it could convert it doesn't seem to even open the OGG file. I've even tried Goldwave as a last resort but it doesn't seem to work, so I'm wondering if anyone has a converter they can recommend.

You appear to be using Windows, but this should still work. On a Mac, I know that if you have this plugin installed for QuickTime/iTunes you can open Ogg Vorbis files in iTunes, and then you can use the Create XXX Version... tool to transcode the Ogg Vorbis file into either MP3 or AAC, or just decompress into WAV or AIFF formats. This plugin is available for Windows also, so you should be able to do just the same routine.

i'd use mencoder or ffmpeg for this task, but I'm using Linux. You might want to take a look at MediaCoder a free Windows app that appears to use ffmpeg. It supports OGG, MP3 and an enormous variety of other formats.
