Maybe the third box is new to ver. 1.03A? And it's obviously not your computer specs.
As far as I remember, the first box increases the CPU priority of the game or something, the second box shows the FPS on the top of the game, and I forgot what the third one does. And wow, everywhere I go, everyone's really good at this game.... |

I'm going to plug a bit. Here's a netplay match where I play as Arcueid. You may pick up a few pointers here. This is a match that happened months ago though, so I've pretty much changed my style a bit.

Len is my main. But seriously, i dislike Satsuki the most. Computer lvl5 players became too easy, so i started playing my friends. but one guy uses Hisui (lol), but also uses Satsuki as well. She's like sooo annoying; she pounds down, does her combo, grabs me, pounds down, does her combo, does her special (which is grab -.-), then pound down, does her combo...well. you know what i mean. although Len is seriously ftw. Len has 2nd from lowest HP though. XD
However i agree with many people that doing a special by itself is a bad way to spend circuit. For Len's EX Ice (the "normal" one, where she sprouts out the ice from the ground, not in air), Down + B, C (1 hit ONLY) then EX Ice. It's a great way to do it, because it is impossible to avoid when you get caught up with this.
