Oh wow, no Cyclops? I know he's not exactly a very popular character but he's still very important in the Marvel universe. Besides he seems to be quite "unique".

Blackheart & Jin deconfirmed because characters are memory hogs make their moves constantly transform themselves and others into different things. Subsequently, Some character was eliminated from the character pool because his/her attacks that changed the appearance of the other fighters.

Dormammu comes to be the new Black Haert and the "quite-obvious" Frank West replaces Jin as Zombie summoner, so ther's no longer need for Black Heart or Jin to be in the game
