I know it was seemingly dropped, but I suspect it'll eventually return with shocking results.

What if the person Akiha was engaged to marry way back in the first episode was, in fact, Leopard? We know the Shishidou family knows of him well before Akiha did, and it can be said they're acting like any other newly-arranged-to-be-married anime couple.

I'm not sure how true this is, but it's not unlikely.

I thought it's kind of obvious base on how they present thing. We have absolutely know information about Akiha's fiancee, yet after that they kept showing us Leopard interact with Akiha and how Honoka said that they are Queen and King.

Either that or Akiha's fiancee is a final boss

lol that's a nice choice, they come as a pair, they're cute and they're also purple hair. Oh, purple haired twins, haven't we seen them a couple of times? I wonder how many references were not mentioned yet.

the kitty twins form Nanoha A's had dark purple hair and wore a mask when they were helping the Knights.

LS - Kagami and Tsukasa
Clannad - Kyou and Ryou
Little Busters - Kanata and Haruka

and many more. The problem with purple haired twins is that one of them is bound to be a tsundere and another to be a total klutz. And one of them is bound to be either a great cook or a horrible cook. And yes, they have differing hairstyles. The Hiiragi twins have twin-tails and a ribbon over the head, the Fujibayashi twins have ribbons attached to opposites sides of their hair, while the Futaki twins have either one or two tails at the left side of their hair.

You can never get enough of the parodies and jokes in Sora Kake. And I bet that nobody here can get enough of Honoka.

ya pretty similar, especially the mask part.

only difference are the kitty twins from nanoha A's weren't clumsy as these 2. these 2 are... kinda like team rocket from pokemon (im not sure if this is a good reference or bad reference)

Some people may say bad, but I say good; I always liked Team Rocket, after all. Except Mitchan and Satchan != Bougainvillea and Mintao.
