I've had a go at bringing out the red glare, however the sig is now at the AS safe limit, so that's the best I could do I'm afraid

Hello I'm looking for someone to make me a sig out of this picture I have never made one myself so not really sure what I'm looking for. However, I would like it if you could at least include the vertical length down to her elbow(if you can use the whole picture that'll be awesome :P)and also make the color more watery ^^ and lastly can you also include a caption "Crescendo" somewhere in there please.
