Seme!Fate breaks my brain just trying to imagine it. She is such a natural sub, it's impossible. Hayate, on the other hand, is a born dominant, so seeing her like that is... eerie.

Well, yeah, a tough facade for one's submissive nature is a common case of reverse psychology, but I don't think Hayate is such a person. Fate also has a very strong will and personality, it's just that she plays by the rules, while Hayate doesn't. It's just a feeling I have, however. It's not like we've seen Hayate or Fate's behavior in any remotely canon intimate situation.

In Keima's case he's got a pretty weak front and outlook that real life sucks and things should work out as they do in games.

Neither Hayate nor Fate have such delusions, so their personalities hold up better.
