Zoro's story was great.
Latter half of episode nice to see some old faces animated after so long (such as Smoker). Quote:
Episodes 426-429 are anime-only specials linked to the new movie (Strong World). The movie is somewhat related to Impel Down though. Next week should be a new opening though? |

The last few minutes of 421 were epic!
Not only we've got a full coverage of the upcoming Marines forces, not only we had a really nice shichibukai panorama (they're damn huges ... making Mihawk even more impressive), but we also got a quick glimpse of the G8 captain, hinting about his position in the Marines hierarchy. Nice to see One Piece anime version did not forget about its glorious filler, and is trying to blend it nicely in the canon story.

If only we have info on these episodes and see if there are any parts that are canon because I'm not liking Boa Hancock's lovesickness one bit. |

My guess is they will probably show those as Luffy is leaving Impel Down.

Seeing how those are generally announced a few weeks in advance, I doubt it. Keep in mind that, other than Brand New World and the new We Are-remix, all of the openings in this series have stuck around for about a year.

Wow Zoro's in....a difficult situation . Ignoring the fact that he is injured he's got to deal with negative ghost attacks. Of course he just kept on yelling when the effect wasn't lasting thus getting hit several times within a minute. Of course he did get turned into a giant banaged bear so being a little upset is understandable.
His ability to get lost once again is priceless. Misses the obvious door and then goes the wrong way after getting pointed in the right direction. I don't think Perona has to worry about Zoro going anywhere, it's unlikely he'll make it out of the castle . Plus first he has to find his swords. Anyways not sure if Zoro will ever find the crew even with that card. It'd go one way and he'd go in the opposite direction. Not all that surprised by Perona's actions. Being stuck alone for all that time would make anyone want to have someone around. Wonder if she'll leave with him since someone has to navigate. Poor Ace. Knows his captivity will cause a terrible situation but now there is nothing he can do. Can only wait to see the final result of the conflict.

I had this funny idea that after Zoro finds his swords he will go into Asura mode, do a Santoryuu Iai, part the ocean, look cool for a moment while we are in awe of his becoming a god, and run like hell until he finds another island.

Too bad she couldn't get away with petrifying all the sailors outside of the prison. Considering the odds it'd sure help to cut down on the opponent's they'll have to face later. But here we go. As with many prisons getting in is without a doubt easier than getting out is going to be.

Does anyone feel that Aphelandra is the attractive thin version of Marigold? Aphelandra does look like Marigold when she was thin.
Do you think that Aphelandra is the embodiment of what Marigold might have looked like had she not endure the trama that she experienced as a slave? If Marigold had had the carefree lifestyle as a child, I doubt that she would have looked the way she does now. Since she idolize her older sister, Handcock, Marigold might have done everything in her power to become as beautiful as her sister. Thus, I what to know of your opinion as to whether my argument of Aphelandra, as far as her outter beauty, might be the thin version of Boa Marigold? Marigold There isn't too much pictures out there on Marigold, when she was younger. But had she not experienced the pain she went through as a slave, she might have look almost like Aphelandra.
