I earned an Ace Tanker in my first E-75 outing since the NA On-Track event started earlier in the day. The requirements for that are calculated weekly, but I do wonder how much any vehicle's average rating takes a hit on the first day of an On-Track.

RNG did smile upon me though. The subsequent E-100 game featured few opposing Tier 10 heavies, so I made decent money by shooting only AP at squishy mediums and the sides of badly-driven E-75s. There was also a low-tier Prokh game in the Tiger where I survived trying to spot at E5 due to the other side's bad aim and my not wanting to hide out in the usual areas. (I know that Prokh's terrain has been altered, but I only really know what happened to the west. I still refuse to waste time on the east hill.)

I'm trying to rebuild skills with the replacement crew of the E-75 and the mostly-new crews in the 3001H, 3601H, and Tiger, none of which I've used in a very long time. The 3001H and 3601H can get away with not having Sixth Sense yet. In the case of the Original Fascist Box Tank, not having Sixth Sense makes me extraordinarily paranoid.

More premium vehicles will be removed after next update:
- Sexton I
- SU-85I
- RAM II
- Pz.Kpfw. IV Schmalturm

The withdrawal of these Premium vehicles will be carried out in two stages:

Upon the release of Update 9.8, the vehicles will be removed from the in-game Store and tech trees.
A few weeks after 9.8, the vehicles will also be removed from the Premium Shop.

Those removals aren't covered by the "removing premium vehicles with limited matchmaking" reason used so far.

The usual paranoid reasoning would be "We need to drive up sales, so pull things from the shop!"

Evidently those vehicles don't sell well, which I can definitely understand for the Sexton because it's totally pointless. But since they're virtual items anyway, one would think that having some sell every so often would still be a source of income—just maybe not as good a source of income as a last-chance megasale attached to bundles.

Anyways. If you guys want a free special tier 3 premium (BT-7 art.), log into the game before Wednesday (NA) or check the WoT site for how it works in your region (for EU I think it's playing a battle before Wednesday or something).

The BT-7 Derpracer seems to have the phenomenon that ammo explosions send the turret into orbit.

All that KV-5 wiggling practice comes in handy.

The test server, as always, is filled with incomprehensible Russian-server players who like to teamkill. That's not a good idea when people are testing out Tier 9+s with a 140mm cannon.

I haven't tried Rampage... because I didn't do anything with Domination either. (One game ever.)

So, starting from september 1, WG will no longer give gold refund for premium tanks already owned. A sad day for those who got the mayority of their gold trough making the various on-track events.

Since I've already made it through nearly all of the tech branches (that I actually care about), that means that I have even fewer basically zero reasons to bother with On-Tracks now.

Their other recent change to mission rewards, making the rewards much more heavily-invested around those Personal Reserve boosters, is also annoying, since most of the Personal Reserve boosters are almost useless.

The thing that angers me most about 9.10 is that the reduced map selection means that if I'm grinding one vehicle or tier there's a very good chance that I'll see the map same over and over and f**king over again.

I haven't figured out a good approach to the Japanese heavy tanks yet aside from being a very, very oversized KV-2.

You can say that again, I played 4 hours yesterday and Swamp was 85% of the time in rotation with the occassional El Halluf and Karelia.
