Just one heroine really, maybe two? He has a stalker girl from his workplace oddly interested in him despite treating her in like no special way before the apocalypse.
There's other girls but they all for the most part get their own pairings. Although one could be up in the air, since the heroine has a best friend Gal berserker who so far hasn't really shown any interest in the opposite (or same) sex at all (despite being aware the usual 'men' gazes and kinda teasing the protag about it) but a guy with abilities to 'command' might have a thing for her.
Then there's like a seemingly free girl who can magically charm people whose personality fits the commander guy a lot better.
Anyway, the only one to get any romantic spotlight with the MC is the sniper girl, with the other potential side romances (for everyone) ranging from slightly existing to not really there at all yet but possible.

In 女になった親友の為に, the entire trio is messed up. You could actually say the protagonist is the most normal.
Protag is a yuri extremist who likes history and strategy, best friend 1 is a superstrength musclebrain who can't understand much other than ATTACK!, and best friend 2 is a doctor-mage who's smart but really into corpses.
Both friends show no interest in either sex until the protagonist comes along as well. Somewhat to the protagonist's dismay because he wants to see the two get together.

Not that there isn't quite a few other heroines too.

A weak father who envies him and sees him as a rival, a double-faced grandmother who was against him, a grandfather too innocent despite everything he knows, and the fact that after the "event" the mother separates for months to comfort the father (in a room), both forgetting about him, later the mother had another child in that time and the two are happy, and as if nothing they all apologize.

The MC was somewhat paranoid, but from the point of view of other families, what he did was something that happens.

Don't remember any novel that is somewhere in between, being in the range of the R15-like common plot but with light ero scenes, in R15 it is only mentioned that there was the act but there is almost no change in the characters, in R18 it basically becomes a world full of ero, examples in the anime would be Saikano and Kimi Ga Nozomu Eien (although neither of them is R15).

Okay just read far ahead .. It is pretty decent. The noble life relationship and dynamics explained quite well actually, even more than most works that supposedly have noble in it. The cause and effects of events by the author is also make senses. That said, the story itself is pretty simple, not that complicated, which is good for me.

There are some minor quirks though, but what works doesn't have any.

The mc is quite twisted really, probably because of the blood's infuence too. Not as much as Hercule though.
