The manga panel says that it takes place in AG 151, whereas G-Bouncer probably would appear in AG 141, assuming no further timeskips before its appearance in the anime.

Unless it was made long before that and they just stople it somehow. Shaldoll's are more common now if I'm not mistaken, so maybe someone just probably created another variant of the line.
