Unhappy Legend of Galactic Heroes Ep 8 (central anime)

What am I missing, isn't this episode 7? I clearly remember watching this episode over a month ago... How's that possible?

Anyway, didn't know where to post about this since I can't find any means to contact Central Anime directly. Sorry.

I'll take a look.

Oh, was the title "Cool, Clear, Cybernetic Eyes" ?

I also noticed that a "Miscellaneous" Group uplaoded LOGH. Are you sure you didn't watch that one alreaady? They may have used old tapes or something to torrent it.

Nope, I forgot that the episode's title comes last. The episode's called "Iserlohn Invasion!".

Strange. Anyone else experience this? I'll have Satsuke recheck what he uploaded.

Oh, man... Darn it, for some reason I can't watch this episode, the audio goes out of sync within seconds. Anyway, it looks like it's my computer and not the file that's causing the problem (although it's kind of strange cause this is the first time it's ever happened to me). Perhaps I haven't got the codec used for encoding this episode...

Still, the subs look nice, not too flashy, just the way I like them

Does anyone know what the german title of this series actually is and what it means? The gothicky font is a bit hard to read.

Herdensagen Vom Kosmosineset is what it says during Seasons 1 and 2.
It means the exact same thing as the English title. However, during the seasons where it says "Herdensagen" it means "Legend of the Galactic Herd"(Mooo). An "R/L" mistake. It should have been "Heldensagen" i.e. "Heroes". German speakers, I believe I got that right.

Honestly, I prefer the genlock'd JACOsub'd version.

I guess I just love that old font.

But yeah.. my vote goes for JACOsub

I just stumbled upon this series... and after 2 epsiodes, I'm already firmly hooked! I just love epic space sagas (even if this one doesn't appear to have any sexy Abh. ) Looking forward very much to the remaining 108 eps.

Good job Central Anime, and many many thanks for your hard work!

I think before too long you'll find just why so many people that love both shows tend to call Banner of Stars "LotGH Light". As one of the most grand Space Operas in all of anime, this show simply does not dissapoint.

I've noticed that there haven't been any Galactic Heroe episodes coming out recently, so I just wanted to ask if the fansub group is still subbing it ? There are quite many episodes of it, but are you still going to sub all of them?

There was just an episode a couple days ago. Central's got it in rotation with Touch and Macross 7 (a diff show each day).

I'm not aware of any other group that has a more aggressive release schedule than we have of late. That is unless your being sarcastic .. in which case yes, we have a glacial release rate, as opposed to such group as Chizeto or moonlight hentai hectic release schedule (no offense to either group)

I just recently saw this anime, and I have to say it's probably the best anime I've seen. My thanks go out to the people at central anime for continuing this series, hopefully to completion. Anyone who considers themselves an anime fan must see this series.
