I'll be frank. I just finished watching the batch for the 1st anime season and that is all I know about this show.
Based on that, Kodaka should go for any girl but Yozora. I mean, she has everything to be with him right on her hands and yet choose to put it all aside in an attempt to recover their feelings from 10 years ago. Nothing wrong with that but, as Kodaka said, Mikazuki Yozora and Hasegawa Kodaka are not the same people they were at that time.
In that sense, since Yozora took all the trouble of starting a brand new Club where Sora and Taka can be friends again, I'd say that friendship is all Yozora deserves and the only thing she should receive from Kodaka.

Sena, on the other hand, is growing to know and like Kodaka each day. True she is not my favorite but is getting there fast.

Kobato is my favorite, for now at least. She is neither blocking her feelings (Yozora) nor is playing hard to get games (Sena). Kobato, in her own childish way, likes her An-chan (Kodaka) and hides it from no one PERIOD.

As for the remaining characters, I see all of them as filler entities providing "flavors" to the show. Never saw any of them as serious love canditates.
