Can Kanade do it? Can she pass her six other competitors that are looking to take her down by regular season?

I like to ask people from refraining from making overtly negative comments. Some of the recent comments can become seeds for ugly fights.

As for my vote, they are mostly for Student Body presidents.

Spoiler for If you don't mind the Korean confirmation:

How can you have split voting when you can vote for both Mio and Azusa? The reason for up to 2 picks per group is to minimize the same series split effect.

Easy. There's a non K-ON character people pick as #1 and then a K-ON character that would be either of the two because they're the next two in line out of the options. It's what I did.

In your case, K-ON character would not get a single vote if the option was choose 1, so if your type of voters are the majority, then choose 2 option will actually help K-ON characters.

Wow, group one is a murders row. Last years ISML and Saimoe champ, KBM champ, 2009 KBM/JSM champ, former ISML champ,6 time top 5 finalist in JSM/KBM and SBM winner, 2 time top 5 ISML finisher and Tenshi may be beat them all in her first year. That is like the 1927 Yankees of moe competitions

It's not as beneficial as you think. And based on the numbers thus far, Azusa will benefit more.

The scenario you described is neither beneficial, nor harmful to the K-ON girls, as the voter is looking at the characters first, not the series. Having 2 girls from K-ON did not play any role in the voter's decision, and the vote difference between any one of the K-On girls and any girl not from K-ON has not been made different from the fact that there were 2 K-On girls. If there is something I am missing, please point it out for me, along with numerical arguments.

Got my votes in on-time from a peripheral device! But again, I was unable to load my votes secondary to a firewall!

Kanade somehow managed to win by a larger margin versus six veterans than she did versus Misaka Mikoto alone. Huh.

The question is, how many #1 votes did she get and how many #2 votes.

Maybe she drew #2 votes from voters of each of the other contestants.

Misaka suffered less vote splitting since people could vote 2/4 instead of 2/7[really should have be 3/7 to get more accurate account of strength if you ask me], additionally mio/azusa and shana/taiga suffered more due to split between them I am sure. Really though Misaka beating Haruhi was the more surprising thing to me. Though Yuri, Yui, Hitagi, and C.C. doing best in their groups makes me happy at least.

I just rewatched Angel Beats! and fell for her again The series makes a little more sense marathonning it than watching it week-by-week. I even bumped it up one point in the MAL ratings.

BTW, I wonder if any Fate-fans have noticed that I (a former Fate-nonchalant)seem to have voted for her each time she was on a ballot this year Funny how a simple movie can improve one's partiality
