I kind of wanted Misaki to be voiced by Kawasumi Ayako, but obviously she was taken by Laura.

Then I thought about Tamura Yukari, then found out she did a minor cast back in Railgun Season 1 =.=;;

I kind of expect an arc about Sugita and No.6 since they are the only lv.5s left (Mikoto hasn't encountered them in the manga yet).

Who knows, but I think it may have to do with another AC's darkness group.

Chinese raw is out. My Chinese is so so, so I can't really understand so of the more wordy stuff.

Page by page summary:
pg. 1
Announcement about large storm coming across Academy City, so all outside door activities are canceled. Some activities are moved indoor.
pg. 2
All guess are to move indoor. Gunha talks about guts. He notices the electricity is coming from the ground, so he's going to have a closer look.
pg. 3
Kuroko tells Misaki and Kouzaku Mitori that she's is going to bring them in for questioning.
pg. 4
Misaki tells her it's not the right place for questioning and ask Kuroko to teleport away Misaka Imouto and the assistant. Kuroko looks at Misaka Imouto and she isn't sure if that's the actual Misaka.
pg. 5
Misaki ask Kuroko to teleport all of them into the interior of the building. Kouzaku Mitori is impressed that they're able to find information about them in the student bank.
pg. 6
Misaki thanks Kuroko. Kuroko doesn't trust Misaki and Misaki says that working together will bring them their own personal benefit.
pg. 7
Misaki uses Mental Out and beams what she saw (events from Dai) into Kuroko's brain.

Mental out shouldn't work on the beast/brute/unmannerly strength of Mikoto, so Misaki theorizes that Kouzaku Mitori is not only a body guard, but also a medium to connect Mental Out with Mikoto. She thinks that Gensei used the "Level Upper" to give Kouzaku Mitori Mental Out abilitiies. In order to interfere/control Mikoto, Kouzaku Mitori should be close by. Misaki tells Kuroko to find her.

Kuroko doesn't like to be commanded by Misaki, thinks to herself this is how Judgement member should be treated. Kouzaku Mitori realize Kuroko is after her. Tells Gensei her plan to capture Misaki has failed now she has to protect herself. She's leaving the rest of the plan to Gensei.

Page 11: Mikoto is staring at the Windowless Building. She notices some steps behind her. Suddenly, Touma.
Page 12: Mikoto unleashes an lightning attack but gets negated, Touma tries to charge again but gets hit by metal debris.
Page 13: Mitori orders to deal with the threat. Mikoto forms a ball made of debris.
Page 14: Misaki is tailing Gensei. Spoilers already told abou this.
Page 15: Touma evades each debris Mikoto throws at him, notices a lightning attack and negates it.
Page 16: Just when he looks at notices a big debris ball going towards him.
Page 17: Touma is preparing to do his moves but then someone appears.
Page 18-19: Amazing.... PUNCH! The seventh of the seven appears. And says he is going to help to stop the cause of this phenomena.
Page 20: They talk, guts, tsukomi, oh, and a lightning approches but them brush it off while talking without paying any attention to it.
page 21: They wonder who the guy in front of them is but notices certain similarities. They present themselves.
Page 22: Big damn hero time.

Oh well, sure this will be a nice run a defend because:
1. Touma only needs to stop Misaka to buy Misaki some time.
2. Gunha won't lay a finger on a girl.
3. Canon says Mikoto never gets injured.
