Where do bad folks go when they die?
They don't go to heaven where the angels fly They go down to the lake of fire and fry Won't see them again till the Fourth of July R.I.P Kenny! Edit: It is only me, or does Uri seemed to age a lot faster than Rod? Because he looked extremely weaked after a few years of possessing the coordinate ( we can see Rod and Uri arguing about who would be the one to inherit it and looking both healthy and after a few years, Rod stills looks healthy but Uri seems just old and tired, but even before Frieda reaches her adulthood she had to possess it herlsef, and then after a few years Historia saw Frieda becoming creepier and creepier.) If I'm not wrong, I think that it could have a huge impact on Eren and on the development of the history(...) Plus: the name Coordinate, to what? To where? If the coordinate leads to something and somewhere, what would it be? Could it be related to what is inside the basement? Maybe RBA wants not the coordinate, but to what it leads too... Maybe in the lost memories of the one possessing the coordinate, there is a key to something... Because I still don't get the point on having an ability being called 'Coordinate', I would like some other thoughts on that please. Last edited by Vvisions; 2015-05-09 at 11:25. |

I think that attack on titan should have two more Arc to go through the first would be an Arc about taking back the wall and the Final Arc should be call Attack on Titan because I think once they get what in the Basement they will have the power to truely fight back agianst the Titans and what do you think the First King Reason for not wanting to save Humanity, I think it may have to do with what Kenny said and I would not be surprise if the final enemy that Eren will have to face is the First King memory trying to Corrpt him like he did to all who came after himself and why do I think one of the thing behind this mess is how humanity always trying to find a way to destory itself and the First King believing that if humanity is trying to destory itself why try to save it if it just going to try and destory itself again.

I'll consider this a fake spoiler until I see the whole chapter myself. It sounds even more ridiculous than the whole "Jean killed by random central-MP goon with robotic looking arm fake-panel". If they already go as far as making quite well-made fake panels, then you really cannot trust the spoilers.
I mean "nosebleed" is kind of contradictory to the Titan Shifter regeneration and all that... even with the coordinate. If what those spoilers mention really happened, then Isayama dropped the ball for real this time...

Very badass chapter for sure!!
The AT somehow resembles a mix between Griesha and Annie when he first shows himself off. Those pointy ears of Eren, Griesha, Ymir and AT may be an indicative they are related to each other? And them all are related to the First King hierarchy? Indicating their titan rank was the same? The AT seems to be untouched with the walled humanity for a long period, indicating he probably could know Ymir and were from the same country? (Ymir is older than she looks and the 3DMG is hinted to be around 40 years old? Plus that one half regular/half conscient titan that confused Ilsen by Ymir was looking for her) Could Griesha be related to the AT to an extension, as such, to be trying to retrieve the Coordinate to him? Griesha's titan form resembles a lot AT in torse, arms and beard. If the AT is really the strongest titan to exist, could then the First King be like his lil' brother trying to use his powers to protect mankind misusing the Coordinate powers in the eyes of the AT and that's why the AT wants it back? And to confront the AT is the main reason why neither the First King nor any other posterior to him, wanted to wipe titans from the world? Because from the memories they inherit, they would already know the AT is the strongest? And if Eren is related to the bloodline of the AT, he would still be able to use the coordinate as well as the AT does and not be related to Reiss bloodline, making the rule that only Reiss family would control 100% of the Coordinate! Lots of questions just coming out! It seems that AoT is getting better from now on, or at least less boring! |

Yeah, he's got some fine taste. I can relate.
More on topic, it feels weird that this chapter had more progression (both in term of plot and humanity's advancements in the story) than the last 30 chapters. I get the feeling that the whole arc was a big excuse to give humanity a significant boost, not that I'm complaining.

I heard the story is 60% done, meaning the author is going for the 20 volume he planed for. Is he still planing for the huge tragic ending (which I can picture it) or an open and yet bittersweet ending where it leave off for a sequel.

Considering what kind of manga this is, all this build-up and enthusiasm leaves me expecting another horrible defeat (and here's the new super boss beating up the last boss character of course). And that cough of death is really going to be problematic for Eren the next time he is kidnapped.
That jealous moment was kind of funny though. We know Mikasa gets jealous (considering that flashback with Annie once), but I thought the whole Eren and Historia thing was just from watching too many other harem series (not to mention the Ymir thing too). Apparently they're still chatting a lot though. And oh look, more fodder, although at least they backed down rather than hear the horror stories from veterans. |
