That is Marisa who is a spoiler character, Remilia presents Lamdadelta and Kaguya Bernkastel. The other one is a spoiler character from the fifth VN.

Marisa is Lady Maria, a witch form from Maria of course

Mokou is Erika, the new detective and witch of truth

いまさらですけど紅楼夢お疲れ様でした。売り子で参加していたのですが何もないのもなあと思いせっかくなの で去年の紅楼夢に出した拙作、水神様のむかう道 の補完ストーリーとして考えていたものをいまさら描いたりしました。一応水神様を読んでなくても内容はわか るようにしてあるつもりです…が…。とりあえず ２日で描くのはやめようと思いました。

Dunno, since I expected only the answer from Cirno's perfect math class. If you ask me, I guess the Hakugyokurou part is wrong, since the Gate to the Netherworld is above the river.

Edit : or if you're looking for a simple answer, then I say they don't need a bus since everyone can fly.
