Im looking for a certain anime(S) that are very deep in meaning like, Cowboy bebop and big O for their drama and action. Music is cool too.. I just want a deep anime which you can relate to in real life to..

It doesn't quite fit all of your requirements.. but Planet ES has some great elements. It's got some drama certainly, but is a little lacking on action. Still a great show though. It's episodic nature reminded me of the pacing of some of the Bebop episodes.

Evangelion, but it's with robot's so I wouldn't know if it fits you're description (reallife). It's an anime you really need to think about and it has some pretty decent action and drama. ^^

yeah i would recommend Evangelion too. Also .hack//sign gets pretty deep into the plot.
