Sola's Mayuko and Castlevania's Maria Renard. Separated at Birth? Both follow Vampire Hunter type characters around, both dress in a green gothic lolita style, same hair colour, both have an independent streak and implied hidden powers. DA DA DA!

Well... with no more Danbooru, the only "mainstream" source of fanart would either be 2ch or 4ch, and I don't think most of the "regulars" in this sola forum frequent either one.

Then there is matter of most of the "regular" image-hunters don't seem to be watching sola in the first place, if they are even aware of it.

Oh well.

I went to 4chan (a tripcoder there, it's kind of related to my sig) and nothing shows up.

There's something called Sagubooru, but you need to have had an account at danbooru prior to it's crash in order to access the database.

?

Sagubooru doesn't require registration, but the database is rather sparse at the moment; and it is a royal PITA to save the images too, since the damn thing is in "Flash", you can't right-click to save, and there is no download button.

You need to copy the image URL and open it manually. Good grief.

If I am missing something here, someone please enlighten me.

Cheers.

There's another way as well, Skane.

Click on a picture and it should open a tab next to the "Search" tab. That should open up the picture. Place the arrow over "Actions" and a list should drop down. Click "Open in Tab" and I believe that should do it. The rest is right click. Hmm...

It's not my work (some 4channer did it), so I'm not complaining.

After some re-testing, I finally found out what was causing the problem. It doesn't work with FireFox 2.0 I had to switch to the IE 7.0 engine (thank goodness for the IE Tab Add-On) in order for that function to work...

Sigh...

It worls fine with (at least) my FireFox 2.0.0.3, after I allowed <Sagubooru> to open Pop-ups...

I don't really like the idea of disabling my Pop-up Blocker for any site unless it is Government Business.

Natch.
