Bleach Episode Discussion 227 Thread
And the lord said, let there be filler. Hello everyone. We are all excited and so very much looking forward to these series of anime originality, especially, after it was revealed some ladies would be donning bikinis. Correction. Few ladies will be participating in a swimsuit episode. Here is my humble question? Why? No no.. before you blast me and accuse me of blasphemy, I raise the question, "why," because of this particular time-slot. A mere underboob receives the proper support so there is no spillage, so why would there be any reason to believe this beach episode won't receive the same treatment. See? I had a point. Now please put away your tomatoes.
So when is this beach episode taking place? Let's see the episode titles... whoops. Looks like I'm one week too early. Let's continue this discussion in the next week episode thread.  I'm also very sorry if I've gotten any hopes up. Enjoy the discussion. Absolutely no manga spoilers in any anime-only threads such as the weekly Episode Discussion threads. That means, no hints, or vague remarks about a future event from the manga, even within the spoiler tags. Inability to observe this rule will result in a BAN! |

There were points where it did look like the old style, then there were points where the new style was trying to pass off as the old style.
 But it was little confusing when they showed the same flashback material from the Bount arc. But I did like how they reanimated Rukia's 1st episode introduction. The timeline was confusing too, were the SS and the Real World timeline supposed to match? I thought it took place like 6 months before the first episode or something?  As for next episode, Soifon in a swimsuit alone gives me 5000% more reason to watch then normal. Even for 1 second.

meh i was told that ichigo would not be appearing in the fillers, and i hope they don't use the 'old style' animation next time, it got old really fast
@crimson reaper: it's all about nanao-chan and unohana i just hope it won't be ichigo's school at the beach instead, that would make me cry

that episode covers parts of the special/bonus manga chapters(the sand/the rotator) which were supposed to show us the day or the two days before Ichigo has met Rukia
although they changed some things
