I hope they make it better than this episode.

Wow. That entire kiss scene. Deen, Ufotable, and whoever else is going to adapt Fate from now on, TAKE NOTES. That is how you do a mana transfer scene.

First Momiji from Binbougami, now Athena...this week damn near put me into cardiac arrest

Ena actually feels like a pointless addition to the harem. I can see now why they saved her for last. If she doesn't do anything noteworthy for the finale then I'd rather they bump her spot for Athena, or even Godou's sister.

The red hat Athene was the one who killed the Perseus or the one hero Godou was fighting with Lily.
She is also the Athena that seems like the final boss of Season 1

Campione! 12 - A Brief Detour Through Salvador Dali Land

Susano was a fun guy, for the little bit of screentime he had. Though it's the job of a Campione to kill a god, that doesn't mean they can't get chummy with a few of them. (See also: Athena). When Athena and Shizuka were talking about what's going on, I couldn't help but to see Yuzurina and Mei chatting with each other. I suppose one could also say they were Airi and Hinata, but that's even farther removed from the goings-on.

In almost every eroge I've played, kissing is simply foreplay for sex, a hint that something R-18 is coming up, but as Godo just proved, kissing can also be a perfect stand-in for the act itself. Erica's dialogue at the end fit perfectly with such a scene, even if it was just mana that got transferred... through a rather intense makeout session. Ena's powers look rather dangerous if they can go out of control that quickly.

I am looking forward to the final fight with Evil!Athena. Don't let me down, narrator.

Maybe we're both right. An aspect of a god just represents a part of their personality, correct? Makes sense Medusa would be more outright villainous than Athena, with humanity's perception of her thanks to that legend.

Well, they did use some myths from reference sites but as you said, they tend to mix with others. But I do not think they will stray anywhere further than that, which may not make sense with the actual myth.

sooo the anime isn't following the light novel i guess? O_O they just doing this to probably smash it all into shorter episodes or someone want to correct me?

cause the way episode 12 went is but isnt the way the LN goes its like a mish mosh, while leaving some stuff out, rearranging other things O_o
