I used to be, then i started working out. Alot of computer nerds are overweight, though. So, are you overweight from too-much computer use and too-little exercise?

i am a machine.. i can survive on one meal a day or even two days.. with at most 5 hours of sleep a night..
and yet i can still run around and kill people..

I'm 5'10" and my ideal weight is 170 lbs. I was 185 at one time then I joined the gym and in 3 months I went down to 165 lbs. I'm just trying to maintain that right now.
If you're over-weight u should do something about it and help yourself have a healthy lifestyle. ^_^

Clue to the guys: If u pee and u don't see your dick because of your belly, its time to lose weight. (Well, unless if u really have a small one of course then your excused.

5'10" 110 ...and im 16 -.-
but with my smallness comes agility .. i can do like freakin 20 flips in the air and land on my pinkie

Anyway, im a little overweight but its decreasing rapidly because of the army. Lost 10kg on 2 months.

Then you gotta add the muscle improvement so its not all that bad.

Im 1.75 and weigh 88-90kg. I should be freakingly overweight but im not. Im just big

(which i love), and sega. Im pretty agile too

Stand upright with feet over your head for example, cant do flips but thats cause i dont dare.

Next year after the army im going hardcore. Thaiboxing and possibly something more, dont know what yet. Cant decide. Doing krav maga now. In a few months im going to start training a little on my free time, gonna buy a punching bag and "perhaps" start running (dont bet on it, i hate it).

So all in all im a real manly man. Nah, im just proud of my body, now all should be that.

but anyways.. yeah im not a small bodybuilder.. im just saying *I* am agile.. and in my opinion i think that being more smaller and leaner helps to being agile

look at cats (damn you neko koneko) .. they are very agile
squirells (damn you Flash Squirell)
ferrets (ha got u guys there.. no ferret users)
umm and like lizards.. theyre not big bulk things.. what do u think can manever better..
a rhino.. or a leopard
