Well that could happen, but another thing that could happen is Shiro jumping out of the bushes and pulling some kind of stunt again.

So... Nagisa showed on some occasions that he is a S. Kayano outright spilled out the fact that the she is a M in chapter 131. Then we have that metaphor of a snake (Nagisa) restraining a rabbit (Kayano) in chapter 132...

It would be interesting if Nagisa used the chance when Korosensei removes the tentacle off Kayano, to make his own "attempt" at the assassination. Something like this:

*Koro-sensei sits next to Kayano to remove the tentacles with Nagisa standing just next to the two... after some time...*
Nagisa: Koro-sensei, did you remove the tentacles?
Koro-sensei: Yes, but Kayano still needs to rest a lit---
[...]
Koro-sensei: Wha-- that was dangerous, I would not have expected you to attack me at a time like this! You got 3 of my tentacles with this attack.
Nagisa: Why not? You were wounded from Kayano's battle, so why should I not use this chance? I wouldn't have done this if it was someone else who did the initial damage, but since it was Kayano, who is part of this classroom, I have no reason to hold back!



But I guess that would be too one-sided from Nagisa, as he would get too much "glory" at once. So maybe Karma would do it, since he had been staying in the background in terms of "assassination moments" lately. The problem is that he doesn't seem to be able to "hide" his bloodlust, so Koro-sensei would probably notice it fast enough.

I doubt that happens. He did not want to kill the teacher. He likes the teacher. All the students love the teacher. They never showed real interest in killing the octopus. This is clear since the beginning of the manga.

Uhh she didn't really show she's a M. The only thing she did was say, "I love pain" in her very very fucked up sense of mind. She probably shows more of a sense of S with that Mama stuff lol

That isn't really surprising, considering his teaching method.
