Based on a manga thats serialized in the seinen(young men's) manga magazine Comic High!, and published under the seinen comic imprint Action Comics.
For now there are 3 volumes released of this manga.

Daisuke is a 23 year old new schoolteacher. He ends up being put in charge of a 3rd grade elementary school class since the previous teacher quit, and in that class there's a girl who's quite a troublemaker -- Rin Kokonoe. You could call her a masegaki (used to describe a kid that acts more like an adult in some ways), and she's also part tsundere (though more dere than tsun). She's somewhat similar to Miu from Ichigo Mashimaro, I guess. Besides Rin, Daisuke's got other problems to take care of -- one of the students in his class, Mimi (one of Rin's friends), hasn't been attending school recently.

Genre: Seinen, Comedy

First volume of th english translated manga, titlet "Nymphet" will be out in April, by Seven Seas Entertainment.

No duh, "Kodomo no Jikan" isn't the best name for US release, but "Nymphet"?!

Well, it is pretty darn descriptive and thematically appropriate for the story. Not that I'm a big fan of renaming titles for U.S. release, and some I find completely annoying, but this one I don't dislike, personally. I guess YMMV.

Indeed, there are quite a few shows that are borderline loli, but some peoples seem to say they're loli for some weird reasons (when did loli grow boobs and were gone to high school anyway? xD).

My almost complete collection of the Collect 800 KNJ Trading Fig from MaxFactory.

Well, I had a complete set but the angle of Ransel Rin in Original Colour came loose. So the leg isn't enough to support the fig on the stand. But I have my way to seek out another of her.

What I need now is the 1/6 Rin + the Kindergaten Rin from the LE of Volume 3 of the Manga to get a complete collection.

Speaking of which, the manga is getting darker as Rin's fixation on Daisuke grows. Rin did try to push Houin (Big Busted Female Teacher) down the stairs once, who she see's as a oppenent for Daisuke's attention. Kinda reminds me of the movie, The Crush which I watched when I was younger.

Suffice it to say that, based on the short "plot description", I think the title is more applicable to this story than the other (Rin is the very definition of a "nymphet")... but if that's the reason, I guess I can see why people find it to be a poor choice in name.

I first mentioned that in my post above. Damn Amazon JP still has not stock in on that. I hope I do not have to resort to auction for that fig.

BTW, 2ch rumoured that Rie Kugimiya (Al from FMA, Shana) will be cast as Rin.

Yeah, I agree about that, she was pretty good for Shana's character (maybe she's perfect for loli characters )

She can play an awesome tsundere character - thats already been shown, so she's probably going for different types of characters. :3
